Our play space is designed for children ages 1–6, though younger siblings are welcome with supervision.

Yes! Socks are required for both children and adults in the play area. Socks are available for purchase if needed.

Yes. Children must be actively supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.

Yes, parking is available in our private parking lot right outside the entrance at 30 N. William Street, Pearl River, NY. 

Coffee, beverages and kid-friendly snacks are available for purchase at our café counter so we kindly ask that outside food and drinks not be brought in.

We take cleanliness seriously. Nontoxic cleaning supplies are used regularly throughout the day to sanitize toys and surfaces, and our space receives a thorough cleaning each evening to keep The Playroom fresh and safe for families.

Open play reservations are refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to cancel after that please reach out about rescheduling as we’re happy to offer a credit for another day.
